Akshay Seva Sanstha provided free club foot shoes to children with congenital deformities अक्षय सेवा संस्था ने एक बार फिर समाज सेवा के क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल करते हुए जन्मजात टेढ़े-मेढ़े पाँव (क्लबफुट) से पीड़ित बच्चों के लिए निःशुल्क उपचार की व्यवस्था की है। इस कड़ी में हाल ही में दो बच्चियों – बेबी गीता और बेबी शबनम को सांसद श्री दामोदर अग्रवाल के सानिध्य में निःशुल्क क्लबफुट शू (Ponseti Method) लगाए गए। यह कार्यक्रम संस्था द्वारा पूर्व से चलाए जा रहे इसी तरह के प्रयासों की एक महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी है, जिसमें अब तक 5 बच्चों को इस सुविधा का लाभ मिल चुका है।
कार्यक्रम का आयोजन एवं स्वागत समारोह
इस महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रम में चिकित्सा अधीक्षक डॉ. अरुण गोड़ ने चिकित्सालय परिवार की ओर से सांसद श्री दामोदर अग्रवाल का पुष्प गुच्छ भेंट कर और उपर्णा ओढ़ाकर हार्दिक स्वागत किया। यह समारोह न केवल दो बच्चियों के जीवन में एक नया अध्याय जोड़ने के लिए था, बल्कि इसके माध्यम से समाज के सामने इस गंभीर समस्या और उसके समाधान को लेकर जागरूकता फैलाने का भी प्रयास किया गया।
संस्था के प्रयास एवं उपलब्धियाँ
अक्षय सेवा संस्था के अध्यक्ष श्री पवन नागौरी ने इस अवसर पर बताया कि संस्था के पास अब तक क्लबफुट से पीड़ित 107 बच्चों का पंजीकरण हो चुका है। इनमें से अब तक 5 बच्चों को निःशुल्क क्लबफुट शू लगाए जा चुके हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में अक्सर माता-पिता को इस बीमारी के बारे में सही जानकारी नहीं होती, जिसके कारण वे समय पर अपने बच्चों को अस्पताल नहीं लाते। इस लापरवाही का परिणाम यह होता है कि बच्चों को आजीवन इस शारीरिक विकलांगता के साथ जीना पड़ता है।
श्री नागौरी ने आगे बताया कि संस्था का प्रयास है कि शहर के निजी अस्थि रोग विशेषज्ञों और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के राजकीय चिकित्सकों के साथ मिलकर अधिक से अधिक ऐसे बच्चों तक पहुँचा जाए और उन्हें निःशुल्क उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जाए। इसके लिए संस्था ने एक विस्तृत नेटवर्क तैयार किया है, जिसमें चिकित्सकों, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं और स्थानीय प्रशासन का सहयोग शामिल है।
क्लबफुट: एक गंभीर समस्या और उसका समाधान
क्लबफुट (Clubfoot) एक जन्मजात विकार है, जिसमें बच्चे का पैर अंदर की ओर मुड़ जाता है। यदि समय पर इसका उपचार न किया जाए, तो बच्चा जीवन भर लंगड़ाकर चलने को मजबूर हो सकता है। हालाँकि, पोंसेटी मेथड (Ponseti Method) नामक एक सरल और प्रभावी तकनीक के माध्यम से इस समस्या का सफलतापूर्वक इलाज किया जा सकता है। इस विधि में विशेष प्रकार के ब्रेसिज़ (क्लबफुट शू) का उपयोग किया जाता है, जो धीरे-धीरे पैर को सही स्थिति में लाने में मदद करते हैं।

अक्षय सेवा संस्था ने इस कार्यक्रम को केवल एक शुरुआत माना है। संस्था का लक्ष्य है कि भविष्य में और अधिक बच्चों तक पहुँचकर उन्हें इस सुविधा का लाभ दिया जाए। इसके लिए निम्नलिखित योजनाएँ बनाई गई हैं:
1. ग्रामीण जागरूकता अभियान: गाँव-गाँव में जाकर माता-पिता को इस बीमारी और उसके उपचार के बारे में जागरूक करना।
2. चिकित्सकों का नेटवर्क: स्थानीय चिकित्सकों के साथ मिलकर ऐसे मामलों की पहचान करना और उन्हें समय पर उपचार के लिए प्रेरित करना।
3. सरकारी और गैर-सरकारी सहयोग: राज्य और केंद्र सरकार की स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं तथा अन्य गैर-सरकारी संगठनों के साथ मिलकर इस कार्य को आगे बढ़ाना।
